Zoro

Zoro is one of those characters that everyone seems to love. He’s not the main character, but that doesn’t matter.

Maybe that’s because we secretly all believe that despite not being “the main character” (most of us have bosses, or strive to be on the level of someone we admire) we all understand what it means to be at least that number 2 spot.

There’s something honorable about being the one that helps the one. It’s in our nature to want to support others. It’s not always about having the greatest known legacy. Sometimes it’s just about being willing to accept that someone else is better suited to be the leader of the same goal, and fulfilling our roles as supporters.

Does this mean we don’t lead? Not at all. There are always those that look to us for guidance. Even if we don’t know it.

That hardest thing to do is go solo against the crowd. The second hardest thing to do is to be the first follower.
