You will never please everyone

When I talk about “pick something and become a total badass at it”, this is a perfect example of why.

This dude can’t possibly fathom that his taste isn’t THE ONLY taste. He assumes that if I played the music he liked, then my views would be higher.

I wonder how many views he manages to get vs how many views I manage to get. 🤔

Here’s a dude, with zero experience in accomplishing what he’s claiming to have knowledge in, trying to tell me how to do the thing I’m already doing successfully.

You will NEVER please everyone. You really only need like 1 out of 10,000 people to like what you do. And you do that by being true to yourself.

The whole time you ARE succeeding (by simply putting in the effort btw) you’ll have people criticize and argue and try to tell you all the reasons why you’re NOT succeeding.

The sooner you get comfortable with understanding that the only thing that matters is trying consistently, and talking to as many people as possible about what you’re trying. If you do that, you’re way more likely to be successful at a level that will likely shock you.

Ignore these toolbags.

Do you.
