Try New Things

While I definitely love the pose I came up with here, I can see the places that I would modify and improve on next time he and I meet. Which gets me hyped! I did something I had never done before. Which is like unlocking a new power up on a video game. It’s raw and new, but the real excitement comes from knowing how badass that new power up is going to be once you master it and max it out!

Never be afraid to try new things. Our brains are begging us to solve problems. So forcing ourselves to deal with a new problem literally opens our mind to new possibilities. Those openings become new pathways which also make new connections to roads we’ve already paved. Suddenly things become naturally easier and we become more proficient.

Remember… draw a lot!
