Not my best work

If you’re new here, I’ll let you in on a secret… 🤫

This isn’t my best work.

And you know what? That’s OK because my best work hasn’t happened yet.

I don’t know if it will ever happen. But I know the only way it might happen is if I keep working and growing.

There will always be people that don’t like your stuff. There will always be people that DO like your stuff.

In the beginning, there will likely be less people that like your stuff, but if you keep going, eventually, that will shift.

This is why concerning yourself with today’s results is futile.

Around here we don’t work for final opinions, we work to develop our craft because today’s loser is tomorrow’s winner and attempts to predict outside opinions is a waste.

What is NOT a waste is your invested time into consistently developing your skills.
