I may never get it right.

I have this vision of Wolverine that I haven’t yet quite captured. This one is close, but not there yet.

Playing around with the ideas in my head is half the fun. Like recently, people have ordered a ton of Venom work. And as a result, he’s gotten easier and more expressive. I’ve had the chance to really capture his vibe in the way I see him.

I want to do the same with Logan. I want to see what he would look like if I drew him 15 times.

Playing around with the ideas in our heads has to be a focus on occasion. When we’re pulled in a direction, it’s like the art gods are giving us an opportunity to reveal a truth through us.
