Deku

As a relatively new modern anime viewer, MHA was the first one I watched in full. I really enjoyed the characters, the story line, the concept, the action sequences, and the chemistry of Deku with his classmates and his mentors.

His powers are still evolving, but I couldn’t deny the opportunity to throw in the dynamics of his kicks since it’s such a rarity in the world of characters (that I am so far aware of anyway).

Pushing perspective and action in a single panel is my favorite challenge when capturing these characters. I had a ton of mental hurdles when rendering the color on this one as well. But the end result is definitely one I’m proud of.
