Confidence comes from experience.
You’re not going to be confident in your skills if you haven’t worked those skills to the point of second nature.
“Amateurs practice until they get it right. Professionals practice until they can’t get it wrong.”
Someone commented on my Live yesterday (YouTube and Whatnot for ALL of my work) “Dang, that’s a 1 of 1000 Gold Spawn blank! No pressure!”
I just chuckled and said, “There’s no more pressure here than any other blank man. I know I’m going to produce something bada$s.”
That’s not arrogance. It’s confidence in the skills I’ve been honing for a lifetime. You could put a $10million blank in front of me. My approach won’t change a bit.
Now maybe you don’t like the final product, and that is totally within your right as an observer to have your opinion. But I did something to the best of my abilities and the buyer was more than happy with his purchase. And that’s ultimately all that matters.
Fail a few thousand times and realize it’s not as scary as you think.
